Statement: Get It Done. No Matter What It Is, No Matter What It
Takes.
Goal: Make sure the
dreams of our clients are achieved, and only the highest standards of
ethics are kept.
What you sell / services you offer (brief description of your company):
Enterprise Projects LLC is a consulting company that helps entrepreneurs
and businesses. We will work with entrepreneurs to harness their dreams,
put them down on paper and help them go from just the idea to a
successful enterprise. We have worked with many entrepreneurs that have
an idea but do not know where to go with it. They do not know the next
step in the process.
We will develop a plan of action with them, we will get them
incorporated; we will work with them on their marketing plan, and
getting their staff in place. In essence we will help them create their
business plan and then we will go out and find them the money that it
will take to execute their plan. Once we have gotten them funding, we
usually stay on as consultants to make sure that the steps we have
created go into action.
With businesses we are usually hired on as consultants to help them
streamline their operation, do product launches, launch a new marketing
strategy, do public relations, or help them become a more efficient
company. Our goal is to make sure the goals of our clients are achieved,
whether it is making their company more efficient, or making their idea
a workable concept. There is nothing that we can not do for our clients.
By utilizing our team we can work every single thing that a business or
entrepreneur would need.
Have you always wanted to run your own business?
Yes, I have always wanted to run my own business. I have sold corn door
to door; I have sold candy out of my parent’s basement, as well as
numerous ventures, all before I was in high school. In high school I had
a landscaping company that did fairly well. The reason I wanted to start
my own company was because I did not want some one else to be
responsible for my future, my next paycheck. I was not going to sit idly
by while some determined my next step. As an entrepreneur you can not
stand to have some one else responsible for your life. There is a quote
that I heard “it is always better to write the checks then to cash
them.” That is a motto that every entrepreneur lives by. When you look
at any company in the world, the people that are getting their paychecks
handed to them are making less then the person that is writing the
checks.
I realized this when I was very young, and I told myself that I was
going to be the one writing the checks, I was going to be the one that
when I woke up in the morning had an excitement in me that was going to
drive me throughout my life, and it has.
The benefit of having your own company is three fold. One, you are doing
something you love, two, you are writing the paychecks, and three, you
are in charge of what is going to come your way, good and bad. In the
world we live in today, where companies are claiming bankruptcy, and
having accounting fraud, there is no security. I have told this to the
many people that I have spoken with, the only security that is in your
life, is the security that you create! That is why I started my company.
What were some of your previous jobs / companies?
Some of the companies that I have started and run were a landscaping
company while I was in high school with a good friend of mine Chris,
after high school I went to The University of Johnson & Wales in
Providence
RI. I had two majors, one in
Businesses Administration, the other in International Business.
After my graduation I started to work for AT&T in the telecommunications
industry, after some time there I left and started my firm and we have
had great success.
