Yes, I have always been in the IT/print field, and running my own business is a challenge I love.

I achieved an e-business Master in Canada in the year 2000-2001

How / when did the idea of your website / company come about?

The year 2000, I was thinking about how to get the best recommendations to see the movies you will like… I thought the affinity between people worldwide was the key.

If you could give readers of this book one piece of advice when starting up a business, what would it be?

The most important thing is “To believe in what you do”. Sound obvious, but it is very important. We (my partner and I) spent the first 2 years without making any money. We didn’t care much. We knew the website was good and that the recommended movies system Works.

Who are your role models / mentors and why?

Well, the Google guys (Sergey Brin & Larry Page) are an inspiration to everyone. I love these guys. When they came here to Madrid to get a University honour, I tried to talk to them but it was impossible. The fame brought too many security people with it
