I have HS degree with a few courses in college.

How / when did the idea of your website / company come about?

When an associate at my last job introduced me to eBay. I spent two months reviewing everything about internet sales at that time. I started selling fountains that I made. I tried selling a few pumps to defray the cost of buying a full case and the business went from there. We will due well over a million dollars in pump sales this year.

If you could give readers of this book one piece of advice when starting up a business, what would it be?

START NOW! You will continue to learn as you grow!

Who are your role models / mentors and why?

I really don’t spend much time on other people and what they do. I have so many ideas I want to implement I just sort of learn as I go. 30 min reading a day in any field will make you an expert in 2-3 years time.

Excluding yours, what company / website do you like / admire the most?

I don’t really get to many websites. I don’t like being on the computer, I just know how to make money that way.

What do you look for in an employee?

Someone who wants to make hundreds of thousands of dollars and can put aside all their stupid work habits and realize that I am the very best chance they will ever have to become rich. Make me money and I will share the wealth. I just recently put my assistant from a cut of total sales to an hourly position. Why did she give up a possible $120,000 a year job? Because her mother in law insisted that she leave work at 5pm.
