Have you always wanted to run your own business? What were some of
your previous jobs / companies?
My background includes experience with Ticketmaster, Proctor & Gamble,
Linear Technology, Boston Consulting Group and the U.S. Army.
I always wanted to create my own culture and organization, matching
authority with responsibility, making it non-political and as much as a
meritocracy as possible. If this was possible to create within the
context of
an established, larger company, I would have, but this is very tough to
do.
