Have you always wanted to run your own business? What were some of your previous jobs / companies? 

I have always wanted to run my own business. In the beginning I just did not know exactly which type of business I wanted to start. Some of my previous positions were Customer Service Representative, Reservations Agent, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Director and Small Business Manager.


Have you got any qualifications? Please tell us about yourself academically?

I am a Certified Customer Service Specialist. I have completed college course work in Business Administration, Marketing, Small Business Management and Legal Assisting.

 

How / when did the idea of your website / company come about?

The idea for my company came about when I got a telecommute job as a Marketing Director. I figured out that there was actually a field of work for "Virtual" Assistants and that was the perfect occupation for me. I already had a home office and all of the equipment that I needed to work for myself. My website came about after a lot of research and a lot of hard work.
